These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website weedlord.cz (hereinafter "Website") and the purchase of products offered on it. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Introductory Provisions These Terms apply to all relationships arising from the use of the Website and purchases. They are governed by Czech law, in particular the Civil Code.
2. Ordering and Conclusion of Contract Products are ordered via the Website or email. The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by us. Prices are valid as stated on the Website.
3. Price and Payment Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is made in advance via bank transfer or other methods specified.
4. Delivery Products are shipped within the EU. Delivery times are indicative. Risk of damage passes to the buyer upon receipt.
5. Withdrawal from Contract Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without reason (distance selling).
6. Complaints and Warranty Warranty period is 24 months. Defects must be reported immediately to info@weedlord.cz with description and photos.
7. Personal Data Protection See our Privacy Policy (/privacy or /gdpr).
8. Final Provisions We reserve the right to change these Terms. Disputes are resolved by Czech courts.
